Arena Development’s goal for this project was to build a family sized home with bright, open rooms that would sit nicely on a the graded piece of land with a large usable backyard. The location of the ½ acre site was on dead end road, across from a private swim club, all in close proximity to all of Stamford’s amenities.

Our team was a home that would be appeal to a number of different buyers. The project was completed in a total of 10 months from purchase of the land with existing home to closing of the home to the eventual purchasers. The purchasers actually signed a contract with Arena Development five months into the project. This allowed the buyers to customize certain features of the home such as adding a full sized home generator, extra wall stove, full sized bathroom in the lower level, and many other features.

The 4 BR 4 ½ bath home consists of a huge family room open to the kitchen with many large window bays bringing in natural light from the backyard. The lower level was finished with an additional bedroom and full bath. Considerable trim finishes were also included.
