This project required the subdivision of a ½ acre lot into 2 ¼ acre lots again in the Pepper Ridge area of Stamford.  The challenge presented with the site was that there was a 16’ foot slope from rear yard to front yard.  In order to allow the two new homes to sit on ideal sites Arena Development had to construct over 1,200 linear feet of stone walls.  91 Barrett was built under contract custom for a buyer starting in January of 2010 and completed in October of 2010.  85 Barrett Avenue also pre-sold before construction even began.

This home has a more traditional layout with both a finished 3rd floor and finished lower level.  9’ 1st ceilings with kitchen to family room open space layout.  The highly usable backyard is complete with a warm brick paver patio with expansive lawn area.  Sprinkler system and considerable landscaping of maple trees and spruces were added as the final touches.
