MISSION
Arena Development is dedicated to building long‐term relationships with our clients, through our creativity, attention to detail, budget oversight and timeliness.
Our custom built luxury homes combine top of the line workmanship and architectural styling with designer finishes and high end amenities to ensure 100% satisfaction for the customer at hand. We believe so strongly in this that a “hands‐on” approach for all projects has become our building philosophy. While most builders delegate critical work to design teams and foremen, we (the owners) are present at the home sites daily in order to work with our tradesmen and ensure quality control.
The Schinella family has been in construction in Lower Fairfield County for over 35 years. Services offer range from new construction and renovations to project management, custom design and land development. We value the importance of being available for the customer from start to finish. We strive to finish a project on‐time and our past clients can attest to that level of responsibility. Our understanding of style, a desire to listen to our clients’ needs, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence is what truly sets us apart from the competition.
JOSEPH SCHINELLA
General Manager
Joe got involved with real estate because he knew it would have a lasting impact and there would be a real legacy of something he did. Joe graduated from NYU’s Masters Program with a degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction. He acts as general manager for all of Arena’s projects.
“Watching a raw piece of land transform into a finished project and seeing an idea or vision come to fruition is what brings a true sense of accomplishment in this business.”
DOMENICK SCHINELLA
Masonry Specialist
He specializes in not only custom Mediterranean styled masonry work, that can be seen along all the Italian Villas that line Newfield Avenue in Stamford, CT., but also classic New England inspired stone work that can be seen Arena’s beautiful fireplaces.
He brings meticulous oversight and years of experience to any project we oversee. A salesman for O&G Industries described Domenick as someone who has “forgotten more about the trade than current masons will ever know.”
